Bill Cunningham found some kids who caught his eye, so he followed them on his bicycle and found a whole convention full of costumed anime fans to take pictures of. The photos are collected into a video montage, and Cunningham sounds truly gleeful talking about all the cosplayers, or fan costumers, and their crazy, usually hand-made outfits and shoes and obvious love of Vivienne Westwood.
