Coach Sues Target, Again

For the second time in three years, Coach is suing Target for knocking off its handbags. It might have made sense to avoid copying products from a company that already sued you once, but maybe Target customers really, really needed those Patchwork and Ergo handbags As long as we're dispensing legal advice, we suggest Target's lawyers go with: "It's not theft, it's a designer collaboration! We just forgot to tell Coach." [WWD]
