Fashion's Night Out 2: The Shoppening

It looks like Fashion's Night Out will be getting another shot in 2010, and the next one should be even bigger. This year's event was certainly popular, even though retailers have been saying that most of the attendees were there to party, not shop, which is something they presumably hope to improve on next year. Some retailers are even pushing to have the event be a sales-tax holiday, but that's likely to be a challenge, WWD reports. Next year's Fashion's Night Out will be held on September 9, and we will, of course, keep you posted. [WWD, subscription required]
