Thanks to our trusty tipsters, we've acquired some details about the Yves Saint Laurent friends and family sale today at the Metropolitan Pavilion. Options are plentiful for both men and women (though the sale is lacking in men's shoes). Highlights included cashmere and silk scarves for just $100, women's shoes for $300, chic runway collar pieces for $39, and mink neck wraps for $300. Other items include jackets for $400, pants, skirts, and sweaters for $250, dresses for $300, coats for $650, blouses for $175, knits for $150, boots starting at $400, belts for $50 (buy two, get one free), and men's suits for $500. The real steal of the sale has to be the classic Muse Two bag, which is on sale for only $500. At these prices, we wouldn't blame you for trying to bluff your way in now, although the sale opens to the public tomorrow.
