In new that feels like it should have happened already, Nicole Richie is designing a womenswear collection. The line, called Winter Kate after her daughter's two middle names, will include "mostly tops, vests and bed jackets in colorful vintage-inspired silk, crepe and chiffon because these tops are a mainstay of Richie’s own wardrobe." The prices sound reasonable, as long as you're not looking for leather: "$35 wholesale for a camisole to $110 for a long kimono." [WWD, subscription req'd]
