Marc Jacobs isn't the only Bleecker Street retailer to go all out for Halloween. Blogger the Fashion Informer has pulled together a collection of pumpkin-and-ghost-themed Bleecker windows from the likes of Alexis Bittar and Ralph Lauren. The former actually eschews the usual Halloween symbols for a simpler, more evocative set of taxidermied birds, while the latter gives us languorous, cobwebby goth flappers and preppy sociopaths surrounded by severed heads. Meanwhile, West Village kiddies who feel a bit overwhelmed by the whole scene can take refuge at Little Marc, where the Great Pumpkin watches benevolently over the West Village.
