Big news from Crosby Street, where the Gucci pop-up shop is slowly taking form: People, we have stripes. Gucci's signature red-and-green racing stripe wraps all the way around the inside of the shop, adding a certain zazz to the otherwise blank white space. Don't expect it to stay this understated for long, though. Before the shop opens on October 23rd, workman are going to spray-paint Gucci's interlocking Gs on the storefront, lest anyone forget exactly which luxury brand is selling Mark Ronson sneakers inside.
