ONLINE—Dear President Obama: We know you have a lot on your plate right now, what with trying to fix the economy and close down Gitmo and reverse some of the disasters of the last eight years and generally keep the Middle East from exploding, but could you maybe dispatch an underling to attend to your online designer merch mart? Writes a tipster: "I jumped on the bandwagon and bought items from Runway to Change. It's now going on day 14, almost 15, and I am wondering if fellow readers are experiencing the same issues: 1. No confirmation, PO number or tracking number for the goods. 2. No shipping date. I called and the person said "We get shipments everyday" but apparently not what I ordered ( Zac Posen t-shirt.) 3. No Information or follow-up. Has anyone else received their goods, or am I the only sucker?" To the comments, Posen fans. [Racked Inbox]
BRYANT PARK—The only thing better than a Samples for (Eco)mpassion sample sale: A Samples for (Eco)mpassion sample sale bus. During Fashion Week, the eco-friendly retailer will appear around the tents in a big white trailer filled with clothes. Being hippies, they'll be serving up some yerba maté for shoppers; being capitalists, they'll also be luring in customers with the chance to win free stilettos. [Racked Inbox]
