Lower East Side annoyance Apollo Braun wasn't joking when he sent out a press release yesterday announcing the closure of his Orchard Street sub-level boutique. We walked by the space today and boom, he's gone. The storefront is completely cleared out and the only remnant of its eccentric former tenant is the signage outside.
