Comic book stores around the country experienced epically long lines yesterday with the release of the "Barack Obama Meets The Amazing Spider-Man" issue. At Midtown Comics, "each customer was allowed to buy only one copy of the Obama comic book (and one copy of the one without the variant Jimenez cover)." They're already selling out of the second printing, and you can bet that the first edition is the current hot potato on eBay. [NYT]
