Listen, some measly little tropical storm isn't going to stop New York Fashion Week. As Hanna began to pummel Bryant Park, the fashionistas in the tent turned to all manner of rain gear. The more prepared broke out their ponchos and umbrellas, while everyone else scrambled for giveaways that could double as tarps. Especially popular: The free issues of the Daily and the DHL bags they come in. We saw many girls wrapping their heads in yellow DHL bags, babushka-style. Also spotted: Our eccentric friends from yesterday, pondering their options in the downpour. Who are they?
