The beauty of all the designer collaborations with mass retailers we've been seeing recently is that product of such collaborations (the clothing, handbags, shoes or jewelry) is very affordable. Yes, you're buying a plastic purse from Target, but Anya Hindmarch designed it. That might not be the case with the highly-anticipated Comme des Garcons for H&M line, though.
