Building your first flagship store in New York City can be a painful process—there's red tape, construction delays, and just the sheer cost of labor and supplies. Currently being tormented: the execs at Topshop. The slated opening date of their first-ever US store, to be located at 478 Broadway in Soho, has gone from September to October and now, they're shooting for sometime in November. Will they be able to make it? New photos snapped by a Racked operative today reveal that the place is still the "big hole" that a tipster told us it was back in June. Here's to hoping we'll have a Topshop Christmas.
