Kenneth Cole is supposed to be the Angelina Jolie of footwear, selling mid-priced shoes alongside a socially responsible message, so its PR department must be pretty unhappy about an impending discrimination suit by a former employee. Says the Post: "Min Kou Chenette, who worked at Kenneth Cole for a year in 2003 and 2004, claims she was kissed on the lips by a female co-worker, poked on the breasts by another and referred to by an executive as her husband's 'Asian porn star.'"
