LOWER EAST SIDE—All weekend, the Earnest Sewn shop at 90 Orchard Street will be selling lemonade to benefit the Lower East Side Girls Club. Founder Scott Morrison used to run lemonade stands as a kid in Southern California, so he's got years of experience under his belt. Oh, and pick up some jeans while you're there—everything's 5% off. COLUMBUS CIRCLE—A tipster writes in,"Was in Whole Foods / Columbus Circle last night and there were signs in the Whole Body section that they would be closed for renovations next week. Can't seem to find any information on this on the web. I'm hoping that they're going to re-apportion the space for better cashier-line management (rather than snaking through the store)." But snaking the line through the store is a Whole Foods trademark! What they're actually doing is making the section bigger and joining it to the "Eco Store." [Racked Inbox]
