Knock-off king Steve Madden, not content with the stores he's recently dumped on the West Village and the Lower East Side, is taking territory in Union Square. His soon to open shop is located right next door to a new True Religion boutique on Broadway and 17th Street. That's not all he's got on his plate, though: let's not forget that Stevey boy is also planning to replace Meatpacking District dive The Hog Pit with one of his shoe stores.
