As if there isn't enough to keep track of during Fashion Week—runway shows, after parties, new lines being unveiled—we also have to pencil store openings into our calendar. The duo behind Reykjavik-based boutique Kisan Concept Store will be opening their first US store on 125 Greene Street on September 8th. "The brainchild of French-Icelandic couple Thorunn Anspach and Olivier Brémond...Kisan is known for its meticulously curated eclectic mix of women's wear, children's clothing, toys, fragrances, housewares and outerwear. The space is designed by hot architecture firm on the block Work Architecture Company (the firm responsbile for P.S. 1's Public Farm 1) and will feature a 'marriage of French creative chic and Scandinavian purity.'
