Storecasting: What, When, Where and Yohji?

Is this refreshed corner of Grand and Wooster in Soho to be the rumored store for Y's Mandarina? Sitting just one block away from 92-94 Greene Street, which WWD thought would be the Mandarina shop but instead became another Y-3, this ketchup-colored plywood is nothing spectacular. In fact, we would have passed it by completely save for a mysterious logoed decal on the side.

Hmm. "To come & to be run by Y's Am..." What does it all mean?! More importantly, will it get an August opening like its Y-3 neighbor? Currently the corner of Wooster and Grand is a mini retail wasteland, where some broken-down storefronts rot despite the prime property. Should Yohji Yamamoto's collaboration with Mandarina Duck appear, Wooster might earn their own pile of Greene.
