It's sort of tragic that when American Apparel CEO Dov Charney plasters LA with fliers about his lost dog, everyone's first response is "Oh look, another marketing scheme." On the other hand, in addition to fliers, he's also put up billboards, and the billboards do prominently feature AA's Baby Rib Dog T. There's really only one way to tell if this is for real: Keep an eye out for the ads in NYC. [Racked LA]
