From a commenter on this morning's post about the Whole Foods store opening on Greenwich Street: "I've been talking about the Whole Foods opening in TriBeCa for two years and it's finally here. I was #6 in line this morning and only got there 30 minutes early. It's a beautiful store and the upstairs cafe is enormous. I already found my favorite beer, the Brooklyner-Schneider. The shucking station and the sushi bar are to die for. And the fresh bread baked right in the store. Oh I could go on! Bought two bags of groceries but I will no doubt be back later. Remember to bring your own canvas bags for a discount -- no plastic bags in this store." [Racked Comments]
