Feast your eyes, folks, on Whole Foods Tribeca's shawarma station. Named Shish!, it will be open 11am to 10pm daily for your snacking needs. On the menu: falafel; fried eggplant and cauliflower; turkey, lamb and beef shawarma, lamb kofta and grilled lamb and chicken kebabs. There will also be a generous selection of meze, which will rotate daily—expect things like tabbouleh, hummus, fattoush and foul moudammas (broad beans).
