Chinatown's best-loved poultry store shuts its doors today. Bo Bo Poultry is know for selling fresh chicken "Buddhist-style"—whole, with the head and feet still on. The store plans to reopen in Bushwick, "across the water, where everything seems to be a little fresher these days." [Melissa Hope Matlins]
