This teary shutter signage belongs to little Boerum Hill womenswear boutique Ouvrez la Porte, which will be moving out of its space at 105 Bond Street at the end of August. The store, owned by designer Karen la Porte, offers a selection of vintage clothing and merchandise from up-and-coming designers. Though no one was in today to give comment about the news (and there's nothing mentioned on the Ouvrez la Porte blog), signs in the window of the store tell the tale. Of note: they're currently having a everything must go closing sale, with 15 to 50% off select designer items and 20% off vintage.
