Despite an early rush when the doors opened this morning at 11am, the Oak Warehouse Sale underway on Bond and Lafayette Streets isn't a complete crowd scene. Though it should be—there are some serious bargains to be found. During our quick perusal of the merch, we saw a good amount of clothing for both men and women and some insane deals on footwear. Jeffery Campbell and F-Troupe pairs were $20, Charlotte Ronson sandals were $50, gorgeous Melanie Dizon heels ran $40 to $100, clunky-looking Palladium sneakers were $50 and Dr. Scholl's were incredibly affordable at $10.

On to the clothing: many really nice dresses were still a bit out of reach at $200 apiece (including some beautiful ones from United Bamboo), but Oak jeans for men and women were affordable at $50 per pair. There were a lot of Harmon pieces on the racks, and an extraordinary amount of men's button-down shirts. But right now shoppers are devouring the selection, so get over there soon if any of this sounded appealing to you.
