According to this morning's Post, construction will finally begin on the long-delayed Times Square Marc Ecko store. "Marc Ecko Enterprises said it plans to start work this year on its flagship store at 217 W. 42nd St., which has been a vacant blemish on the block since a lease was signed nearly four years ago."
