A tale of almost unbelievable customer service, from a Racked reader, "I walked right into the 3rd ave between 64th and 65th AT&T location 2 days ago. They asked me if I was here for the iPhone (I called earlier to see if they had it—they said yes without any hesitation and took my name and said they would hold it for me). When I got there a guy waved me over to his desk and that is it. Like butter! Try this location and stop waiting on line for hours peeps!" [Racked Inbox]
