The lines for the new iPhone 3G didn't abate much yesterday, and we're looking at more of the same today. A special Racked correspondent phoned up the Apple Stores just after 11am today; here are the conversations that transpired:

Apple Meatpacking
Color: "I don't know but it's pretty long."
"Like hours?"
(laughs) "Probably."

Apple Soho
Color: "It's still 4 hours."

Apple Fifth Avenue
Color: You have more than 8 calls ahead of you.

Apple Menlo Park (NJ)
Color: "There's a tremendously long line. It's into the parking lot. If you want to stand in the sun in the parking lot for 4 or 5 hours come on down. I'd go the beach instead."

As ever, your updated reports from the scene in the comments, please.
