But for those who are anteing up, how long is the new in-store activation of the AT&T service plan taking? That's today's wildcard. Says our correspondent: "People reporting smooth signup!" Oh, and of course: "Media searching for attractive people with new iPhones to interview." And, brace: "I spotted Jessica Cutler in line. Repeat, Jessica Cutler is waiting in line in midtown to buy a new iPhone."
