A Racked tipster sends the above image of the line at 10am this morning outside the invite-only Christian Louboutin sample sale on the fourteenth floor of 306 West 38th Street. The report: "Word on the street is that the cheapest shoe is $500. There's a VIP list at the door." The sale ends at 3pm tomorrow—that should give you plenty of time to find a way onto that list.

UPDATE: From a commenter, "Your tipster is totally wrong! There are hardly any shoes more than $350. Totally scored there and worth the wait in line. Tons of shoes for $150! You have to be on the list though...."
UPDATE No. 2: A reader writes, "Is awesome but you have to be on a list. Shoes are 150-350. Some boots over 500. Not tons left but everyone I was in line with scored."
