The well-oiled gears of the Whole Foods PR machine have started turning faster and faster in anticipation of the grocery chain's Tribeca opening on Wednesday, July 9th. This morning, press were sent a release on the location at 101 Warren, which will be second only to Bowery in size. It's short, but includes pertinent details on just how the store will blow local gastronomes away:
The Tribeca location will have many new and exciting features for its shoppers, including made-from-scratch bread, a shucking station for oysters and clams, bulk bins for grains, granola, dried fruit and nuts, as well as a Shawarma station with fresh Mediterranean dishes.Tremble before them, Food Emporium!
