It's opening day at Muji Midtown, Japanese minimalist retailer Muji's second and largest store in the United States. At 620 Eighth Avenue, in the Renzo Piano-designed New York Times building, she's slated to open at 12-Noon today, with free notebooks for the first 500 crazy Muji fanatics through the door.
