Score one for Long Island City and the rapacious brokers that want you to call it home. The burned neighborhood will indeed be getting its Starbucks fix. As a Racked commenter notes, and liQuity confirms, the store will open in the lobby of the Citibank Building at One Court Square. It's just a kiosk, but it's a start.
