Might a Starbucks be opening up in oh-so-quaint Nolita? Slipped into a piece in the Post about new development 290 Mulberry and the Special Little Italy District is this little nugget: "[Developer Trevor] Stahelski is negotiating with a bank for the commercial space at 290 Mulberry, though he's also been aggressively courted by a 'major coffee retailer.'"
