Spot Check: Drizzle Doesn't Deter Alan Shoppers

It's day two of the Steven Alan sample sale, and despite the less-than-ideal weather, crowds are holding steady outside the Alan showroom on Franklin Street. A Racked correspondent dropped by this morning to scope the scene. His dispatches: "Its 850 and they haven't let us in yet. Getting rainy out here. Word is the men's stuff is a little picked over, but visual inspection through the window reveals what seems to be a lot of stuff. I've seen three people on line that I know."

And then: "Opened at 9. Mens side no mediums at all of The Shirt. Large selection extremely thin. Plenty of s, xl and xxl. Report from women's side is about the same. If they don't replenish, she's done."
