Reports The Gowanus Lounge: "A Starbucks may be coming to Fourth Avenue and Third Street on the Gowanus side of the neighborhood line...The property is near the Novo Park Slope, Hotel Le Bleu and Crest condo and would be a block from an eventual Whole Foods, if the latter happens."
