The window dressers at adorable Horatio Street boutique Darling switch up the store's displays often enough, but there is one constant about the shop's appearance: There's a wind machine going 24/7, and one mannequin is always having a Marilyn Monroe moment. Today, passersby got to see up a nicely summery yellow polka-dotted number. It's got great movement, that's for sure.
