Oh no: "Half of Scoop's stores in its Washington Street colony have been closed due to flooding, with no specific re-opening date in sight. The Men's and Scoop Street locations are dark, while the Children's and Women's units remain open, apparently unaffected by whatever damage has been done in the building. The Men's store has been emptied of merchandise, and Scoop Street's selling space is primarily at basement level, so it presumably bore the brunt of the damage." [The Shophound]
