It's time to say goodbye to Chelsea's Barnes & Noble. Entering its final week, the store at 675 Sixth Avenue is marking prices down 50% off or more on most everything but new releases—which will likely be carted over to their Union Square location. Chaos reigns: whole shelving sections of the store are barren, their contents dumped into clearance bins crowding the main aisle. Meanwhile, speculation on the new tenant continues.
