One of the city's best independent coffee chains is setting up shop at Grand Central Station. Joe the Art of Coffee has moved into a storefront in the Graybar passage; owner Jonathan Rubinstein is planning a May opening. A tipster writes: "Finally, a bright spot in the daily commute of thousands...coming soon to Grand Central (Lexington Ave entrance). Giving the two Starbucks and two Oren's Daily Roast a little kick in the caffeine." Across town, Joe's new Chelsea location is set to open in less than a week.
