The Shophound reports that Soho standby Joseph on Greene Street is no more: "While the Madison Avenue location will remain open, Joseph's expansive SoHo boutique, long a mainstay on Greene Street for the perfect pants, is no longer, as workers carted out racks and fixtures early this morning." We'd seen the listing for the store last week under "Properties for Lease" on RKF's site, but didn't know it'd be going that soon. Since RKF is advertising that the space will be ready to occupy in March, we assume another retailer has already snapped up 110 Greene. Anyone care to fill us in on the name of the new kid on the block?
