An incident at the former Yellow Rat Bastard/current Topshop site at 478 Broadway in Soho has completely closed Broadway off to traffic this morning. From an on-the-scene Racked staffer: "You can't see or smell smoke, so Topshop's safe for now. Workmen who were doing renovations are now sitting along the windowsill on the second floor with their hardhats on." Story developing...
