NOHO—Right down the street from the attention-whorey exterior of 40 Bond lies new development 48 Bond, where, if a Racked tipster is to be believed, a salon is opening. According to a source: "Eva Scrivo Salon is opening an east side outpost at the retail space, 48 Bond." The salon currently operates out of a storefront on Hudson Street in the West Village.
