Today Women's Wear Daily spills yet more ink on the non-story that is Nordstrom's struggle to secure a Manhattan lease. There's no real update: the department store is still interested in the Drake Hotel space on Park Ave near 57th Street, though they've "hit snags." Per an anon real estate source, 'The evolving saga of the Drake Hotel site is still in flux.' How fantastically vague! Another unidentified source states that 'The deal has gone south.'
