GREENWICH VILLAGE—A sweets enterprise intriguingly named "Insomnia Cookies" is headed for 8th Street between MacDougal and Sixth Ave. According to Crain's, the company has built its business on a delivery service that caters to (stoned?) college students; this will be the first brick-and-mortar retail location.
