Jonathan Rubenstein's really on a roll. Following recently-opened stores in Grand Central and London Terrace, the latte-obsessive and owner of cafe chainlet Joe The Art of Coffee is planning a location for the UWS. Rubenstein tells us exclusively that he's just signed a lease on Columbus Avenue between 84th and 85th Streets (exact address TK). The latest outpost of his NYC mini-empire is slated for March. Guess that even in these lean times, people need their expertly-brewed java.
