In the Window: Rudolph, the Red-Nosed Robber at Moschino MePa

Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

The newest addition to West 14th Street, Moschino, hasn't yet let us down when it comes to quirky window displays. Their current Christmas set-up is truly eye-catching as it features more than just the usual sparkly bags and silky holiday dresses. It is, in fact, a holiday crime scene complete with Rudolph smashing the windows, Frosty swiping the goods, and a little elf in the corner working to disable the alarm system. This type of creativity gives the other haute MePa boutiques a run for their money, money which they sorely need this season.
