THE INTERNET—That HP laptop designed by Vivienne Tam is now available, just in time for the holidays. It's $699, and if you order it before December 12, it will arrive in time for the seasonal gift-giving. Caveat: While this is by far the prettiest laptop we have ever seen, it is not the most technologically advanced, so don't buy it for any woman in your life who values utility over shiny, shiny peonies. WILLIAMSBURG—This is the kind of news we like to see on a Friday afternoon: Starting tomorrow, the Shop Brooklyn people will be running a trolley around the 'Burg to facilitate shopping. The route begins at Kent and North 6th, heads down Kent to Broadway, over to Bedford, up Bedford to Metropolitan, over to Union, down to Grand, and then runs up and down Graham Avenue. It'll run 12pm—6pm every weekend through December 21. If you'd like to catch a glimpse of Marty Markowitz officially launching the trolley—a process we dearly hope involves smashing a bottle of champagne against its prow—he'll be at Graham and Cook at 2pm. MIDTOWN EAST—From 1pm to 4pm tomorrow, the good people of Nylon TV and designer Abigail Lorick will be hanging out on the second floor of Bloomingdales, offering prizes and gift bags to anyone who buys over $200 worth of merch. [Racked Inbox]
