The cruel economy claims another one. Italian fashion designer Alessandro Dell'Acqua's shop at 818 Madison Avenue has closed, and now, store staffers are trying to unload any and all fixtures, furniture, office supplies and mannequins. So if you're looking to furnish your own high-end boutique or are just in need of some tables for your apartment, drop by the store this Saturday from 11am to 2pm. Interested parties can preview the goods for sale here.
