The third and largest of the Brooklyn Bird outposts opened at 203 Grand Street last Saturday, December 6, and it's pretty damn gorgeous, as the pictures above attest. The space will eventually be LEED-certified, and it feels eco-friendly, with blond wood walls and cork floors under a high ceiling. Until December 31, the location will host a holiday pop-up shop. After that, the plastic in back comes down, the place doubles in size, and it becomes a regular Bird.
