A cocktail lounge/bespoke men's suit store has landed in the East Village. The owners of Elsa, opening tomorrow at 217 East 3rd Street, aim for their establishment to be "'elegant, sophisticated, and original' like the project's namesake, fashion world figure Elsa Schiaperalli." Furthering the fashion world/bar mashup theme, beers will be served out of an antique sewing machine. [Eater]
